Forging an Early Relationship With Nature Makes Sense
Posted on: Saturday, Oct 16, 2010
Armed with a mini trowel and weeder a child can learn a great deal from gardening. The practice of planting and nurturing a garden shows kids how the food that appears on their plates daily comes to be. This can help them to understand what is a good food choice and what is a bad based upon its makeup, and origination. Children that get to experience nature on a firsthand basis, by planting a seed and watching it grow into something beautiful can cultivate a bunch of lovely qualities. There is so much for each and everyone of us to learn from nature, forming that relationship early in life makes a lot of sense. That is why it is so nice that there are now companies making child size garden tools, and garden tool sets.
